Pill Testing

Too keep members of our community safe, the NSW Labor Government is focusing in 2025 on keeping festival-goers safe from the risks of consuming illicit drugs so that we can reduce harm and save lives. 

Following the NSW Government’s recent Drug Summit, the Labor Government will begin a trial to allow free and anonymous pill testing at festivals by qualified health staff.

This trial provides a stepping-stone in NSW for further effective Drug education and preventative safety measures so that we can foster positive health outcomes in our communities.
